Rhonda Joy McLean is an experienced attorney, management executive, published author, former college professor, noted public speaker, classically trained musician, career transition counselor and more. In addition to her legal career in the public and private sectors, she has mentored hundreds of young attorneys and would-be attorneys.

Ms. McLean founded the Career Transition Network in 1987 and specializes in career navigation support for lawyers and other professionals. She also provides guidance and training for non-profit board members and leads strategic planning sessions for all kinds of organizations.

In March, 2010 Ms. McLean's first book will be published by Random House. Written with her two friends Elaine Meryl Brown and Marsha Haygood, the book is entitled
The Little Black Book of Success: Laws of Leadership for Black Women.
